To create an account at bet3k and use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:
Registration is personal and non-transferable. Each individual is entitled to create only a single account at bet3k, identified by CPF. Creating multiple accounts under the same CPF or using third-party CPFs is strictly prohibited and results in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved, with forfeiture of any balances.
When registering, you must provide the following required information: full name as it appears on an official ID, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, mobile phone number, and a login password. All information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. bet3k may request additional documents at any time to verify your identity.
Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for withdrawals above R$ 500.00 and may be requested at any time by the security team. Unverified accounts have a daily withdrawal limit of R$ 500.00.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity carried out on your account. The bet3k is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from the disclosure of your password to third parties.
If you suspect your account has been accessed by someone else, contact bet3k support immediately via live chat or at suporte@bet3k.click. A temporary account block can be requested at any time by the account holder.
A bet3k accepts the following deposit methods, all operating in BRL (R$):
No deposit method charges additional fees to the user. The maximum daily deposit is R$ 50,000.00 for verified accounts and R$ 10,000.00 for accounts without full KYC verification. All deposits must be made from bank accounts or digital wallets held in the name of the bet3k account holder.
Deposits made by third parties — on behalf of someone else — will be reversed to the sender and may trigger a compliance review. bet3k does not accept deposits of unknown or suspicious origin.
Withdrawals at bet3k are processed exclusively via Pix, to the same Pix key linked to the account holder's CPF. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or Pix keys not registered under the user's own name are not permitted.
Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only real balance — which includes your own deposits and bonuses that have met the rollover requirement — is available for withdrawal. Requesting a withdrawal before completing the rollover on an active bonus cancels the remaining bonus balance; only the real balance is retained and released.
Bet3k does not charge fees on withdrawals. The only possible cost is the Pix banking fee, which is zero for individuals at major Brazilian banks.

Any violation of the above rules results in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real and bonus), and may result in a report to the relevant authorities under applicable Brazilian law.

For the resolution of disputes arising from the use of the platform bet3k, the courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are elected as the exclusive jurisdiction, with the user waiving any other venue, however privileged.
